Do you have a catalogue or list of items I can choose from?

No, we don't have a catalogue. However, we can help you purchase most items that ship within the United States. To get started:

Can I purchase items only available in-store?

At this time, we are only able to help you buy items that can be ordered online and shipped to our U.S. warehouse.

What are your fees for shipping to Canada? Do you offer a flat rate fee for shipping?

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $10 for orders weighing up to 10 lbs. Please note that duties and taxes are extra as these will vary based on the items you are importing into Canada.

How can I avoid paying duties and taxes on my order? Do you have a tax free warehouse in the U.S?

Our U.S. warehouses are located in Delaware and New Jersey. If you ship your orders to our Delaware warehouse, you won't pay U.S. sales tax on most orders, except when the vendor is in an origin-based sales tax state. If you ship your orders to our New Jersey warehouse, they may be subject to New Jersey's sales tax of 6.625%. Canadian GST/HST and duties may apply depending on the items and your shipping address. These will be calculated and paid when you request shipment to Canada after your items arrive at our U.S. warehouse.

Are there any items that you cannot ship to Canada?

We are able to ship most items from the U.S. to Canada with the exception of items that have import or shipping restrictions. These include weapons, live or raw meat and produce, plants, alcohol, items that require refrigeration and any regulated items such as tobacco and medication. If you have any questions about an item can be shipped to Canada, please contact us.

Can I order multiple items at once? Do you offer package consolidation?

Yes, we highly recommend you purchase several items to save money on shipping! You can save on shipping costs by ordering multiple items at the same time as we can consolidate multiple packages from different vendors into a single box. Please note that each additional package will be subject to a consolidation fee. Please see our pricing table for our latest rates.

Is there a minimum amount I need to purchase to ship to Canada?

No, there is no minimum amount or quantity of items for any purchase.

What is your experience with shipping to Canada?

Meest is a Canadian business that specializes in international shipping. Meest was founded in Toronto, ON in 1989 and has helped thousands of Canadians ship parcels to countries all around the world.

What are the expected delivery times after placing my order?

The total delivery time consists of three parts:

  • Shipping from the retailer to our U.S. warehouse (varies by retailer).

  • Processing at our U.S. warehouse: 2 business days.

  • Shipping to Canada: 7-10 days to our Canadian warehouse, plus 1-7 days for delivery to your address (if you chose not to pick up your order from our warehouse).

How can I track my order?

You can track your order by logging into your Meest Shopping account and viewing the status of your shipment. We'll also send you email updates at key stages of the shipping process.
